<p> There are three main forms of exercise: aerobic exercise, such as skipping rope; flexibility exercises, such as yoga and other forms of stretching; and strength training, such as weight lifting and resistance exercises.</p>
<p> Aerobic and strength training will help you work off the most calories. Since how much weight you lose is dependent on either burning more calories or consuming less, it is best to concentrate on these at first to ensure your self motivation persists as you drop pounds.</p>
<p> Generally, thirty minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week is ideal. Build the duration and frequency as you improve.</p>
<p> But many people whose self-motivation has helped them to begin an exercise for weight loss program ignore the importance of strength training. Aerobic exercise burns more calories initially, but lifting weights increases muscle mass, and muscle burns more calories than fat. A pound of muscle uses 35 calories per day to function at rest; a pound of fat uses only two calories for the same function.</p>
<p> The fitness consensus used to tell us that to &quot;build&quot; muscle, you should use fewer reps (3-5) at higher weights, and to simply &quot;tone,&quot; higher reps (12-15) with lighter weights was the best way. But there is no such thing as &quot;toning.&quot; Definition that results from what&#8217;s mistakenly called toning results because you have lost the layer of fat covering muscle, making the muscle more visible. The size of the muscle underneath depends on how strenuously you train.</p>
<p> You must &quot;tear down&quot; the muscle so it can rebuild itself afterward. In fact, you do not build muscle while working out but you do in the days afterward when it&#8217;s &quot;resting.&quot;  The general rule for strength training is beginning with three sets of 8-12 reps at a weight that leaves you nearly incapable of completing the entire set. Then, rest for 30-60 seconds before starting your next set.</p>
<p> Don&#8217;t be discouraged if you&#8217;re not able to complete all of the reps on every set. In fact, use that to determine when to add weight. If you are doing each set without any muscle strain, you will want to add weight.</p>
<p> Self-motivation compelled you to start, but most have a difficult time keeping the pace. It helps understanding that the source of our motivations is a belief. Consider it: If you did not believe the gnawing sensation in your stomach meant you were hungry, you would not feel motivated to eat.</p>
<p> Learning what ideas motivate you is key to losing weight, because when you feel powerfully motivated, you will exercise without fail. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a form of self-hypnosis. And there are NLP methods that can create exercise motivation because, over time, desire to exercise for weight loss alone likely won&#8217;t be enough to keep you working out. Things do not have to be logical to believe them. You may realize you already have a belief that contradicts this new idea. That&#8217;s okay.</p>

<p> You start by creating an image in your mind that illustrates something you already believe, such as, &quot;I love my children.&quot; Then you learn to calibrate the elements or &#8216;Submodalities&#8217; of that mental belief picture.</p>
<p> Next, you make a mental picture that illustrates your motivational idea. Let&#8217;s say your motivational idea is, &quot;If I exercise, then I will look great and my marriage will get better.&quot; Then you learn how to adjust the Submodalities of this mental image to correspond with the Submodalities in your calibrated belief picture. Conversely, if a belief is holding you back, the same technique can change that belief to doubt.</p>

So big actually that it can be a cause of total lack of self confidence and even suicide in some cases. On the other end it can turn to anorexia and many teens struggle with this. There is a lot of pressure to look a certain way and a lot of this is fed by the all popular media &#8211; TV, Internet and magazines. All the ads tell us we need to look a certain way in order to be accepted, this is the modern money machine corrupting the society, but everybody seem to accept it because money is god in the material world. </p>
<p>Here are my thoughts on what you need to do to be successful:</p>
<p>Based on the philosophy that successful weight loss is achieved through the attainment of a series of realistic goals, we will need a program that is a multi-dimensional, comprehensive way to learn how to achieve and then maintain a healthy body weight for the long-term. One important component is keeping a daily food diary. Essential to successful weight loss is maintaining a healthy diet in the long term, combined with regular exercise. Even hypnosis can help, but is only to be used if nothing other works. Using hypnosis you will develop a new self image, you will learn to be relaxed about weight loss so that the program will not be a struggle but rather a natural part of your life. You will also develop a new and healthy attitude to weight loss and a positive attitude to achieving your goals. You will overcome any subconscious habits that may be stopping your development. All the above is good, because we know that successful weight loss is as much about changing subconscious habits as it is about diet and exercise.</p>
<p>When it comes to losing weight, fat intake is not the main problemthe main factor is reducing carbohydrates. The newest research has discovered that the key is not begin with the low-fat diet but rather a high-protein, low-carbohydrate plan. </p>
<p>Attitude is very important and I believe the key to successful weight loss is changing behavior, eating a well balanced diet, increasing physical activity, reducing stress and laughing as much as possible. </p>
<p>The main thing you need for successful weight loss is a model that includes good fitness and nutrition fundamentals. What is most important and what ultimately leads to permanent, successful weight loss is your own will and desire to change.</p>

<p> You decided it was time to remove those extra pounds. It does not really matter how they arrived there, or why you want them gone now. It&#39;s just time. Most people make the commitment to lose weight two times a year, once around the New Year, and again at the approach of summer. Most people are not successful. Why? Because they lack motivation weight loss. It is almost impossible to lose weight or accomplish any major goal, without proper and ongoing motivation. </p>
<p> So where does lose motivation weight come from? </p>
<p> First and foremost, it must come from within. Decide to lose weight because your partner wants you, or because you want to look like Beyonce or Matthew McConaughey is fine, except that it will probably not work too well. Your motivation weight loss must begin with you. Your reason for losing weight must be sincerely that you want to do it yourself. Once you&#39;ve created, you need to add sound to your motivational arsenal. </p>
<p> Here are some ways to find motivation and inspiration: </p>
<p> Make your weight loss goals realistic. </p>
<p> If you need to lose 100 pounds, you&#39;re not going to do in a month, regardless of the infomercials say. But if your goal is to lose 8-10 pounds per month with the loss 100 lbs all in about a year, it is very realistic and it is much easier to achieve successful weight loss. </p>
<p> visualization used as a tool. </p>
<p> Visualization is a wonderful inspirational tool that can help you achieve any kind of goal, no loss of just weight. Every day when you wake up, take the time to close your eyes and create a mental image of yourself that you lose weight. How will you watch a month? How will you look in six months? In a year? Take time to see all the details. The size tags on your clothes, bathing suit, you will be able to wear, and the tailor or dress adjusted. You can do this by writing the details in a review as well. </p>
<p> Adopt healthy habits of life of people who are weight and fitness level, you see (within reason of course). </p>
<p> Matthew McConaughey and Beyonce probably every workout for several hours each week. It may not be realistic for you. But you can still increase your exercise and use dietary habits that are healthy. Maybe you do not want to give up the sweets and get on the carpet stock. But it is a simple fact that thin people are thin because they exercise more and eat more healthily. Imitate the good habits thin. </p>
<p> Joining a group of weight loss. </p>
<p> Joining a group of weight loss is a great way to get plenty of inspiration loss weight. You can share the triumphs and you can also support each other morally. You will hear of our successful weight loss and learn from them. groups of weight loss may be the kind where you attend regular meetings or they may be virtual groups that you join online. </p>

<p> For some, spending money on a gym membership is a sufficient motivation to go training on a regular basis. If you want to join a gym, be sure to make use of its members. Cardio and weight training is one of the best ways to lose weight and get in great shape. In addition, you can see more at all levels of fitness in the gym from beginner to advanced. This is inspiring to see all these other people who work to achieve the same goals you have. </p>
<p> Other ways to stay inspired and motivated. </p>
<p> Other Ways to keep you inspired and motivated can include having a friend to exercise with as much as when one of you feels lazy, the other can be a motivator. You can also put pictures of you when you were thin, you can see every day. If you have never been thin, find a nice picture of someone who is and put it on the refrigerator or in another conspicuous place. Other means of self-motivation could keep a diary of how you feel, what you eat and what types of exercise you do every day. Make sure that when you reach a goal, whether a book or a size of jeans that give you the credit you deserve for sticking to it. </p>
<p> The process of loss weight can be an inspiring experience when you see that you have the power to find creative motivation and change your life. Once you decide that you want lose weight for your own love, you&#39;re on the right track. Remember that inspiration and motivation for weight loss begins with you.
